Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refunds. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms & Conditions.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

In accordance with Paddle's consumer protection requirements and applicable EU regulations, all initial purchases of digital services made through Paddle are eligible for a 14-day refund period. Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, and Paddle will process the refund on our behalf.

3. Subscriptions and Renewals

The right to withdraw applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a Subscription contract. It does not apply to subsequent Subscription payments. You can cancel any time before renewal via your Paddle customer portal link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for; we do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period when you cancel mid-term.

If you purchased a subscription or app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the transaction was processed directly by Apple or Google. Because we do not have access to their billing systems, we cannot issue these refunds directly. For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google, go to your Google Play account's Budget & history page.
