Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

On your device, and — if you enable sync — as files inside a cloud folder or bucket you choose (iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or S3-compatible storage). Our apps run no server, so your data never passes through us.

How do I sync between my devices?

In the app's settings, pick a folder or bucket that your cloud already syncs across devices. Each device writes its own files there, and the others merge them automatically — no accounts, no conflicts.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data lives only on your devices and in your own cloud. Where offered, optional end-to-end encryption keeps even your cloud provider from reading it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which apps do you make?

Three: Klip, a cross-device clipboard manager; Ginko, a Markdown notes app with optional sync and AI assistance; and Labstein, an experiment journal for turning trial and error into results.

How do the AI features work?

AI features (such as Ginko's assistant) are optional and off by default. When you enable one, content you choose to send is processed by the AI provider you configured — often with your own key. We run no AI servers and never receive that content.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from — manage or cancel anytime in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Which platforms are supported?

Klip is on macOS, iOS and Android (Windows and Linux soon). Ginko targets macOS, iOS, Android and Windows. Labstein is on iOS and Android.
